The B-rad ($4) stacks buns with bacon and tillamook cheddar, and the Contiki burger’s Kikkoman teriyaki sauce and pineapple ($3.50) send delicious transpacific messages. Meatless munching commences with the Moo-less burger ($3), which anoints scratch-made patties of 20 ingredients—cooked in their own skillet with their own spatula by their own butler—with cream cheese and a special sweet-potato fry dipping sauce.
