The hamburger, America’s national meal, has always been served during Independence Day cookouts and the competitive eating portion of presidential debates. Dine patriotically with today’s Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of burgers at Weezy’s Grass Fed Shed in San Rafael.
The chefs at Weezy’s Grass Fed Shed enlist the aid of grass-fed beef from Prather Ranch to construct a menu of homemade hamburger masterpieces. One-eighth-pound patties crafted from 80% lean beef let diners fill up on a sampling of burgers and pretend to have giant hands. The B-rad ($4) stacks buns with bacon and tillamook cheddar, and the Contiki burger’s Kikkoman teriyaki sauce and pineapple ($3.50) send delicious transpacific messages. Meatless munching commences with the Moo-less burger ($3), which anoints scratch-made patties of 20 ingredients—cooked in their own skillet with their own spatula by their own butler—with cream cheese and a special sweet-potato fry dipping sauce.
The special offered on Groupon sold out — over 920 coupons purchased!!!
