REVIEW: Discerning Sliders

Weezy’s is a salute to owner Louise Clow‘s childhood nickname. So it seems appropriate that this freestanding shop isn’t much bigger than a child’s playhouse, and the sliders it serves are well proportioned for a child’s hand, with just 2 ounces of meat per pop-in-your-mouth sandwich.

Yet this is food fit for discerning adults. Beef is all-natural, free-range, grass-fed Prather Ranch, or there is a vegan patty fashioned from 20 ingredients that manages to be both meaty and light as air, imbued with extra flavor from a swath of cream cheese.
